Provide timely technical support to Nonwoven and Tissue & Towel customers, including key accounts and internal stakeholders Deliver tailored product recommendations, application solutions, and product demonstrations Identify customer needs and drive high-impact solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. innovation, sustainability, digitalization) Build strong partnerships with OEMs and OMMs to strengthen value-chain collaboration and market leadership Share knowledge and implement best practices in collaboration with global teams Develop and deliver technical and application training for internal and external stakeholders Represent Henkel at internal and external events to support strategic business goals

Gase mit hoher Verfügbarkeit Projektdurchführung (Optimierung, sowie Um-/Neubau) in enger Abstimmung mit den Betriebs- und Technikingenieuren der Abteilung von Konzeptphase bis Umsetzung/Inbetriebnahme Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen aus den Themengebieten der Anlagensicherheit, sowie Implementierung von Maßnahmen Analyse der Betriebssysteme im Hinblick auf Betriebssicherheit und Optimierung Mitarbeit im Projektteam zur Decarbonisierung

Lead business expansion for Henkel Adhesive Technologies in the facade construction and window installation Lead Marketing activities that support the business growth and creates new business opportunities Identify and scale adhesive applications and technologies across multiple countries and customer profiles (KAM and Distributors) Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers and stakeholders Take P&L responsibility for new market segments/geographies Collaborate cross-functionally with application engineering and sales to align solutions with market needs Monitor trends, competitor activities, and innovation in the construction materials space.
