Approve design bases, material properties, load cases, analysis assumptions and calculation reports. Guide interpretation of biaxial test data, compensation, patterning and fabrication tolerances. Coordinate architects, clients, fabricators, installers and independent checkers. Establish technical procedures, checking requirements and design risk controls. Support installation planning, stressing, inspection, commissioning and technical problem solving. Mentor and train regional engineers and designers. Support technically responsible business development and proposal review. Maintain current professional practice through relevant networks and continuing development
