Successfully completed master's degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical, civil or aerospace engineering, plastics technology) or comparable qualification Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience with good knowledge of engineering mechanics Good knowledge of fiber reinforced composites including related materials and processes Good knowledge of the finite element method, ideally with ANSYS as well as good programming skills (e.g. Python) Professional working proficiency in English, further language skills (German, Spanish) are an advantage Structured and independent way of working Excellent team skills and reliability paired with intercultural skills
