Responsible for providing Program Management in Product Development and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs. Create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of telecommunications industry/market domain knowledge. Actively contribute to the company's solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects. Work with multidisciplinary cross-functional teams. Owning the Software Release Management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and management of releases across multiple business-critical applications. Often leads small to medium-sized technical projects. Develop and manage project schedules with engineering teams and communicate project status to stakeholders, upper management, and customers. Work closely with project team members on conceptual design, testing, and performance characterization. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution. Works with and under the direction of the Project Manager/Solution Architect and with customer nominated representatives. Liaises with the Solutions Architect as appropriate. Plans release windows and the overall release lifecycle. Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
